Wiker currently produces The Fabricator Podcast, which recently surpassed 100 episodes, and the Next Gen Metal Fab Podcast for the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association. In May of 2026, she graduated from her fellowship in the prestigious Stony Brook University Podcast Incubator program. She is developing an independent podcast focused on motherhood and identity to be released later this year. She also produces the This Mama is Lit! podcast for Literary Mama.
She is a member of The Podcast Academy and serves as a Blue Ribbon Panel judge for The Ambies. She’s also a member of the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, serving a judge for the Signal Awards, Communicator Awards, and Davey Awards.
Wiker’s background also includes documentary filmmaking. Her short documentaries have received multiple film festival selections including the Phoenixville Film Festival, Green Bay Film Festival, Allentown Film Fesitival and The Women’s Film Festival. Her work in audio and video storytelling has also received industry recognition, including honors from the AVA Digital Awards and a mention in Podnews Daily.
“As a mother, it’s important to me to amplify other mothers’ voices,” Wiker said. “I know firsthand how hard it is to parent while working, while trying to foster my creativity at the same time.”
